General Responsibilities:

  • Rebooking and Reissue Processing
  • Handling excess baggage charge and all other charges
  • Notify passengers / agents via email, phone, text message
  • Offer customer / agent alternative solutions
  • Reservations, service and sales of LHG products and its cooperation partners
  • Ensure all passenger services are provided within Lufthansa Group quality standards
  • Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Project aprofessional and congenial personality for daily interaction with customers and customer service team members

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC 650+)
  • German language is an advantage
  • Good perception and adaptability
  • Intercultural competence
  • Good PC user know-how
  • Ability for shift work; early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
